The live modular techno duo Johannes Steyer and Matthias Millhoff, aka INSTANT invited me to support them with live streamed visuals in their studio and during performances. I used only volatile clips recorded from a USB microscope / macro-camera into a custom Max/Jitter patch that loops and transmits them via Spout to my VJ Software for further processing. The clips were just macro recordings of the musicians equipment in action during the performances.

For a gig at the Performance and Visual Artist Club Festival at Burg Schnabel & Birgit und Bier in Berlin in 2016 I created and set up an installation based on stacking several CRT TV monitors into a pyramid and use that as the only light-source of the stage in a room filled with fog. The content shown consisted of impromptu visuals performed live.
